Key Dates:

New Mexico’s Primary Election is TUESDAY, June 4th, 2024.

🗓 May 18 – June 1, 2024 – Early Voting and Same Day Registration from Monday to Saturday; most locations open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

🗓 May 21 – Last day to request an absentee ballot for the primary. You can mail in your absentee ballot or drop off at any Election Day or Early Voting location.

🗓 May 7th – ‘In-person Absentee’ voting at County Clerks’ offices began. Hours and days depend on your County Clerk.

➤ If you are a registered Democrat, you can vote in the Democratic party primary. Pledge to vote UNCOMMITTED with us now!

➤ If you are NOT registered to vote, registered independent (decline-to-state) or with a minor party (such as Green, Working Families, La Raza Unida), you may use Same Day Registration during Early Voting or on Election Day to register or change your party to Democrat to vote UNCOMMITTED for this primary election. You must bring a New Mexico photo ID or other proof of identification and residency – please review the requirements on the Secretary of State’s website.
